Every day, in the morning and at night, take a dab of balm and put it in the palm of your hand, heat and work the product with the other hand, then spread it from the center to the outside of the face with the flat of your hand, from the base of your neck up to the submaxillary zone, from the forehead area to the hair root.

Mask use
